Do more with less! Capacity building in an unfriendly economic environment

As budgets shrink and donations decrease our non-profits are expected to do more with less. The troubling part is no one is telling them how. To address this serious issue I will be holding a workshop for area non-profits to help them do more with less in any environment. If you know of any organizations who are struggling after restructuring, downsizing or because of increase demand on services please forward this valuable information on to them. We need non-profits now more than ever, lets work together to help them serve their communities. The workshop information is below.
